The website presents massage, physiotherapy and movement services, together with information about artisanal preserves. The practice is operated by SelinaKTayler PFA, working from Centrul Holistic SOMA, Strada Soldat Alexandru Magatti 9, Bucharest, Romania, available at 0755 045 154.

The fiscal identification code (CUI) and email address will be added here before the final commercial launch.

2. Information and availability

Website content is general information and does not create an automatic contractual offer. Services, location, schedule, duration, price and availability are confirmed directly before booking.

Selina may update or withdraw information and services to keep the website accurate and current.

3. Appointments

A request made by phone, WhatsApp or the form does not guarantee a reservation. An appointment exists only after the date, time, service, duration and price have been confirmed directly.

If you cannot attend, please give as much notice as possible. Any cancellation, late-arrival or rescheduling policy will be communicated and accepted when the appointment is confirmed.

4. Health and safety

Website information and wellbeing services do not replace diagnosis, medical treatment, a doctor’s advice or emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.

Clients must disclose relevant pain, injuries, pregnancy, conditions, allergies or treatment before the session. Selina may adapt, postpone or decline a session when she considers this necessary for safety and may recommend medical advice.

5. Artisanal preserves

The preserves section is currently informational; the website is not an online shop and does not take online payment. Flavours, jar size, ingredients, allergens, price, availability, use-by information and collection arrangements must be confirmed before every order.

Photographs and examples are illustrative. The appearance of artisanal products may vary between batches.

6. Payment and documents

The payment method and any applicable fiscal document are confirmed directly before the service or product handover. The website does not collect card details.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, visual identity and photographs may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where allowed by law. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners.

8. Links and external services

Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are independent services. Selina does not control their availability, content or policies and is not responsible for a visitor’s use of those platforms.

9. Liability and governing law

The website is maintained with care, but interruptions or information requiring updates may occur. Liability is not excluded where the law does not permit this, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
