1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data that may be processed

Depending on how you make contact, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, requested service, preferred date and time, message content and information you choose to share in relation to an appointment.

The booking form does not send data to the website and does not store it: when you press the button, the fields you filled in are used to prepare a WhatsApp message, which you then choose whether to send. From that point the message is processed by WhatsApp under its own policies. Do not enter sensitive medical data into the form.

Hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, device type, access time and security logs to operate and protect the website.

3. Why data is used

Data is used to answer enquiries, discuss client needs, confirm or manage appointments, communicate about services or preserves, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis may be taking requested steps before providing a service, performing an agreement, the legitimate interest in replying and protecting the practice, or a legal obligation. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn.

4. External services and recipients

The website uses hosting services and includes Google Maps. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to third-party services that process data under their own policies. Use those services only if you accept their terms.

Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to providers needed to operate the website, professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards.

5. Cookies, preferences and analytics

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, both cookieless: the first counts visits and which pages are opened, the second measures how quickly pages load. Neither identifies you, follows you across other websites or builds profiles. Google Analytics and advertising cookies are not used. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser for convenience.

The embedded Google Map may use its own technologies and receive technical data when loaded. If marketing tools or cookie-based analytics are enabled later, this policy and a consent mechanism will be added before use.

6. Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the enquiry, appointment, client relationship and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Messages that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Reasonable organisational and security measures are used. No online transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free, so please share only the information necessary.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
